Payment & Returns

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. All products must be in new unworn condition in their original packaging. Exceptions apply to items on Final Sale where no returns/exchanges are accepted.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to charge sales tax and is collected based on Nexus regulations and reporting.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes we do have gift cards available in store!

Size & Fit

How do I find my correct size?

The best way to tell your true size is coming in and getting fitted. Our boots in general run true to size. However, the style and silhouette of the boot also dictates the exact fit and may vary at times, making any given style a half size larger or smaller. If you run between sizes we recommend going with the larger of two sizes. It is much easier to make a larger size smaller with use of an insert or thicker athletic sock.

I have wider calves, which boots will fit me?

We do have relaxed fit options for some of our Old Gringo Signature styles. We also have a large selection of 10 inch and under boots & shoes that are not affected by the size of the calf.

Boot Care

How do I care for my boots?

Each pair or boots and leather used are unique and different. Boot care depends on the work type and the leather. You can find detailed instructions on our boot care page.

What type of conditioner should I use on my leather?

In general we recommend non silicon based conditioner. We recommend testing it on a small inconspicious area of the boot before applying it in the entire boot. Please use leather products on leather only and avoid areas with embroidery, crystals, studs.


Do you sell boots on your website?

We do not sell boots on our store website at this time. However, our store is always open for try-ons and purchased. Our company website does have boots for online purchase

Are your boots the same in the store as on your website?

We have some overlap in styles, but our store does have some limited edition exclusive boots that the website does not have. Additionally, our store does not have all of the same product that is available on the website. If you come across a style on the website that is out of your size and want to know if the store carries it, we recommend stopping in to the store or calling to ask (817) 541-1530

When do you get new boots in store?

There is no set reoccurring time period in which new boots are introduced in the store, but they are periodically updating styles and sizes.

What sort of events do you have in the store?

We have many fun events at our flagship store! Live music, Launch Parties and hosting your own Boots and Booze parties! Contact the store marketing team for more information

Will there be food and drinks at the store?

We do not often have food, however, we do have water, soda, coffee, and alcoholic beverages daily. These include beer, wine, whisky and tequila.
